Where'd you come up with 7.01? Would 5.05 be more appropriate?

Because that's what all mine are set at already and I don't feel like reconfiguring them.

Darrell,

do you mind if I borrow one of them. I'm nursing a sick transmission/clutch ???, and would like to be able to communicate if needed.... Thx...

I'm bringing two walkie-talkies. Configured them to channel 7 last nite, but not sure if they are sophisticated enough to pick up decimal channels. One of you guys can look at them when I get there and help me figure it out.

Thanks!

Wow!!! That all happened way too quick...but it was so much fun. Let's end this thread with all your stories of the day! Feedback be it good or bad please share with the group...this day is a building block for many more cruises to come. I was at the top of my world today seeing 41 Camaros + 1 Challenger in my rearview mirror rounding the bend. AWESOME!!! Looking forward to the 2nd Annnual San Antonio 5th Gen Camaro Spring Cruise. I will have video to post soon. Let's trade photos and video so everyone can have these memories for their own. Thanks to all of my Camaro Brothers and Sisters. We are "Camaro Family".

Awesome event. Props to Darrell for the awesome job organizing this! We oughta do this a few times a year. Maybe a summer drive?

To SgtRck: I wanted to apoligize for spinning my tires when I left the ranch today. I am SO SORRY. I didn't realize there was a patch there when I was merging onto the main road. If I created any chips, please let me know so I can help repair it.

I had an absolute blast. All the cars and all the people were a great sight to be seen. I gues PWND is glad he got the eyes fixed before the trip, huh?

The trip was a blast, the ranch was spectacular, and the friendly staff were superb. I still can't get over just how beautiful that barn is. Heck, how beautiful that whole property is. I hope they know just how much we truly appreciate being able to come out and spend a day there. That was definately an amazing experience.

On another note:

I think Pete is planning on creating an entirely new thread JUST for photos, videos and whatnot. Though, who knows if anything will stay that organized...

I don't know how quickly I will be able to get this video up. I'm recharging the camera batteries so I can preview the video. It looks like the battery died at some point on the way back, but I'm fairly certain I at least got everyone exiting the field, which is really all I wanted from that shot. I know my sister's boyfriend wants to do the video editing and create something cool, but with her moving to New Braunfels, I don't know how easy it will be to get the massive video files out to him.

But believe me, once we get it done, I will make sure to get a video up on youtube so everyone can see. I can't imagine just posting all the raw footage, since it's almost a full 160 minutes of video

Thanks so much for putting this together Darrell. I can't wait for the next cruise

What a blast. This is what owning a Camaro is all about. The friends we are making just because of a car is something that can never be replaced, and something that will never be forgotten. Can not wait to see the more pro looking pictures. I did take one of each car from the front at the ranch but with a 10year old camera not much pro going on here.

Once again I would like to Thank all that came out, was a pure treat to see so many different camaros in one place. Also I know others helped as well, but Darrel very nice job. Also I am sure Doug already has plans, but I know we would all love to see this on the Front Page.

Sam

p.s

Christina finally got to sleep at 4pm.
