They have called me no less that 10 times and never leave a message. I've answered 3 times and "politely" told them to get lost. The calls stopped after that.

I have had nothing but HORRIBLE interactions with them. NEVER give those people a credit card number. GM should really stop doing business with such an awful company.

Wow...I hope that is not something I have to look forward to. I recieved one mailing about renewing my service a month ago. Last week I recieved one call on the phone, told me that my service was expiring and asked if I wanted to renew. I said no. Havn't heard from them since.

P.S. My service expired a few days ago...and my XM still works.

Sounds like theres lots of love for them..I for one cant stand the local radio stations...Same ten songs every hour accompanied by 20 minutes of obnoxious local advertisements after 6 minutes of songs...Ill gladly pay a few bucks not to have to listen to that sh*t. Just MOP.

Sounds like that's the problem: you're not picking up the phone. Probably by simply picking up and saying "no" - the system sorts itself out. You're circumventing their automated process by calling them up and asking them to manually resolve it.

I get a 402 area code from Omaha Steaks. God help anyone from Nebraska that legitamately wants to call me because, I instantly hang up on them.

We probably got about 50 calls after we bought our car. I kept telling them we don't want it and to quit calling. Then I just hung up on them. I finally got so fed up I ended up cussing them out on the phone and told them if they ever called me back they would be getting an air horn in their ear every time. Never got another call.

I had XM in my Tahoe for about 5 years. I finally decided to end my service and went through about 3 months of hassles. They never would quit sending me bills so I finally just stopped paying. Fortunately I never gave them a credit card number.

Same here, i already signed up for a year, for the 77yr deal, i love the XM, never listen to the local mess anymore.

I am having problems with them too. after my subscription expired I didn't renew. A couple months go by and I get a bill telling me I owe them $188.00 for the service. After contacting them twice to let them know that I didn't renew,they offered me the $20.00 for 5 month deal. I accepted that when they said the previous bill was removed. This week I get a bill for the $20.00 plus the $188.00. What a bunch of Idiots. Of coarse my customer care representitive could bearly speak english so maybe this is half the problem.
