I try to be safe about where I park, but sometimes my car gets quite dirty.

Saturday morning is my wash day. I'm too busy to wash my car during the week. So by Thursday or Friday, my car can get pretty dirty. There's a tree at work that dumps a ton of leaves and pollen all over everyones' car.

i try and keep it clean, but the pollen and IBM do not get along very well. If i would try and keep it 100% clean i would washing it every 3 days. That isn't going to happen, so i will go the week and try to clean it out on the weekends. I can't wait for summer and the pollen to stop! As for parking, i try to park at least five spots away from anyone else when possible. However i think i have a lot of 4th gen owners around here that have much respect for the 5th gen. They seem to be like a magnet to mine.

That is my routine. Wash the CAMARO on the weekend and detail it up for the week. If it rains on Monday take the truck to work. Otherwise repeat this cycle on the next weekend.

Was out there yesterday between rain clouds washing her up. Brought her into the garage and did the drying and detailing.

Heading outside now to catch some morning sunlight ray's and take more photos and enjoy a short cruze.

Mind your own business. It's not your car.

Mr Clean

I am pretty busy most of the time and do my best to keep mine clean. I do have alot going on though and sometimes its just not the top priority. I take alot of pride in my car and I don't think that anyone could say I dont love it. When I got back from CamaroFest I am sure that people could have looked at my car and thought the same thing. I had bugs from headlights to mufflers. I had to take care of alot of other things before I was able to get it sparkling again. Sometimes people have things to do that are more important. ie. taking your kid to see that new movie they have been begging to see! There are a ton of scenerios that would put my car in second place to my family.

I wash my car even when it has only dust on it. I should seek therapy.

I was just going to say... "You spend too much time at the movie theatre!" But mhood is right, it ain't my business to tell you how many movies you can go see in a day, nor is it my place to tell someone to wash their car. (doesn't mean I won't still say it )

I try to wash my Camaro once a week, with a good Meguiar's waxing every couple months. I appreciate someone who takes care of that which they own... Home, Car, Clotihing, etc. Something that was instilled into me as a child. "If you don't respect it... no one else will!"

Camaro one -- at the first movie theater I went to today. Black, LT, and FILTHY has hell. You could seriously have written "wash me" in the dirt on this one.

Camaro two -- at the second theater I ended up at. Brand new, black SS, paper tags and parked so CLOSE to the line that he was DARING anyone parking to his left to hit his car with their door.

Camaro three -- same theater as 2, Black, LT....well this one looked decent. No problems I could see, but it was dark after the movie so who knows?

The one thing that did impress me today was not a Camaro. It was a Shelby parked outside a Blockbuster I go to. I've never seen one up close and this one was immaculate.....just SWEET.

Spread the word....if you've got a Camaro....for the love of pete, take care of the thing! The world and its idiots are harsh enough on these beautiful cars....they don't need neglect from their owners adding to the mix.
With all respect, I think you're nitpicking. I've been busy before in life and had to take care of work, school, family, sports or other things before washing the car. I've also parked to the left side of a parking spot because mathematically that should give me a better chance of controlling my doors being dinged (a driver will be driving, a passenger may or may not be riding).

People are driving their cars. I know mine is a daily driver. And I try to wash it. But sometimes, life is more important that keeping a clean car. And I'd rather drive a dirty Camaro than anything else on the road south of a Corvette.
