i say we take all the new 2011 Synergy orders and magically make them the color blue. Thus preserving the 2010 Synergy Special Edition "specialness"

The problem is that Chevy forced the Reds/Blacks/Silvers/Yellows in the dealership as their showroom car. I would be willing to bet if they produced more of the blues as the showroom car they would have sold better. Just take a look at the fleet of cars sitting at the factory storage lot before they even hit the dealerships. They were all of the bland colors. They should have produced each color equally as the showroom car and the sales wouldn't have been skewed so much towards the other colors.

They pretty much set ABM up to fail.

I've seen it in person. It's dark but didn't look like it had any purple.

Has anyone confirmed that IBM and Midnight Blue are the same "mix". Side by side I cannot tell them apart.

The problem with the ABM was the fact that on their website and in their printwork it looked too green and I thought it looked bad. In person I think it looks great.
I also bounced back and forth on the IBM and thought it looked too dark in person.
I happily chose the IOM and in the sunlight you can really see the gold metallic which I love.

Agree with original poster. Huge void in color line-up without a good medium-metallic blue.
