WOW, 40 pounds! Congrats! To put in perspective how much that really is, I realized my 2 year old is 38 pound.....so you basicly lost a toddler!!!

Damn and I thought riding my bike for 30 mins was decent... good job Lance! You better not be dopeing!

Which model did you go with.. <EDIT SAW IT ON THE PAGE> that page is sweet! Do you just sync it when your done? I try to ride 30min as fast as I can around the neighborhood 3-4 times a week but may have to up it to keep up with the C5 cycling team!

Good job Scrming! Proud of you man.....i know what its like, not on the bike though, I enjoy my running, but I have quite a few less years on my body. I'm down 25lbs since January so I'm happy, going to keep pushing though!

All of us should start a C5 fitness thread, lol.

Good job on the weght loss. I figured you would have a power-meter. Instead of 400 horsepower you could chase 400 watts!
