There is one on craigslist in my area that is a salvage title do to a roll over.

yea i found a salvage 10 1lt for water damage for 19,000 in houston area

That's ridiculous expensive. You can get a Brand new LS for 23k. 0 miles and warranty.

I saw one on Copart the other day, it went for 15k but it was a 2SS with the Body kit and had rear damage.

Thats pricey...clean ones with mileage are selling for 20K..why buy a salvage for 19?
