You can order the ground effect pkg for the dealer to install either when you order the car or after the fact. The factory does not install them, they are shipped to the dealer. The only difference could be some additional labor because the car will be built with rocker panels if you don't order it with the car. The dealer has to remove them to install the kit. When ordered with the kit, they come in without rocker panels. Make sure you post pics when you have it done.

TPW means Target Production Week, the week the factory sets to build your car. You can follow the progress of your order here through build. See you tomorrow with your update.

Hi, just registered today and am not sure if I'm posting correctly, but... I ordered a 2011 Camero 2LT on 8/6 and am not getting much help from Chevrolet's order tracking site. My order number is pcxbv3. Is there any tracking info you can give me, or redirect me if I'm going about this all wrong? Thank much, I'm getting very anxious to see my new car!

Can you check my number? This will be 4 weeks since the order was placed. I spoke to my dealer and he said that the factory works on different catagories of orders. He said there was stock or inventory orders and our kind of orders. He said if inventory is low and the factory decides that what they have to fulfill, then we are at their mercy until they meet whatever parameters that requires before switching to our orders. Does any of this sound remotely true? PDMNRK,
