No prob, glad everything was their hah! I was in a hurry this morning.

The cog drive sounds awesome, wouldnt have it any other way.

Looking sweet and it sounds like she will get down the road! I'm glad to see the covers make it on your car! Here is another way to run the small hose coming off the actuator. The slot is long enough to allow the hose to route under the cover.
BTW, I would suggest our billet oil cap, but it sounds like you and Jessika have an inside joke going about that...not sure I even want to know!

Hey, Jessika?

The oil valley cover on this L99 was swapped out for the LS3 one.

Yall's book says not to do that because engine damage could occur.

What's the deal with that?

Just curious.

Your install book says;

Quote:
Warning: L-99 cars or cars with Displacement On Demand (D.O.D.) will retain D.O.D. valley cover. Skip to step#62. Damage to engine may occur if MagnaCharger cover is installed on D.O.D. vehicles.
metallicides car is L-99 with D.O.D. and they used the MagnaCharger valley cover.

Again, just curious.

I thought he did a cam swap and dod delete?

When deleting the dod solenoids you swap to the ls2 valley plate which is the same that goes on the ls3s...
Hope this makes sense... I'm not awake yet.
