Way to far to travel back and fourth just for a couple day event. Figured I was better off putting the money into my mods verses the gas tank. But,to each his own.
Maybe next year.

I guess what I mean is, I wish there was more segmentation. Instead of ONE huge fest every year in one spot because everyone will never be happy with the location.

Well to be fair to EVERYONE...the next one should be uppper Kansas...but not sure if there's anything there..but corn fields and tornado's

Personally, I think the next one should be in the exact center of the 48 states.

It's not near me, but it'll allow for the most people to come.

As the poster above said, that's in Northern Kansas...Lebanon, KS to be exact.

It's too far for me this year but that's okay as I am going to Oshawa in June. It was in the south east last year, in the south west this year. Next year it should be in the largest population center in the United States, the north east and the year after that in the north west. Then it can go back to the south west or to the center of the U.S.

Pocono = bad idea.

Needs to be a road course and a drag strip. I personally find circles (and triangles for that matter) to be boring. Same goes for drag racing. I'm rather partial to the road course myself.

and I'm thinking the fest should be in the North Central next year. Don't forget there is quite a few people on here from Canada.

I agree, I went last year to the one in Georgia and I couldnt go this year because of school and work ...If I didnt have those obstacles I would of been in the "Camaro"van my damn self

We've had several "east coast" alternatives lately, but none of them got really big. Does it have to be called "Camaro Fest - East Coast" for people to come? We had a big event just two weekends ago, at the same venue as last year....about 50 Camaros showed up, but if over 400 came last year, then those same people could have come to this one.

Remember....Camaro Fest wasn't Camaro Fest last year until it started getting really big. We could have made our own major event, but I guess because it wasn't called CamaroFest East....no one took it seriously. I do understand that because the event coordinators didn't want to detract from CamaroFestII, there were no stickys added to the home page or main page, but everyone whining about things not going on on the East Coast just haven't been paying attention.
