Paint Sealant

Are the paint sealants applied by the dealerships basically all a money making scam? When I googled it all I got was scam and ripoff articles, I like waxing my own car and sure as hell don't want to over pay anyone to do it.

Don't buy it. I had on a pickup and a car. When I bought my new camaro they didn't ask me to buy it. Save your money to buy mods to your car. You still have to wax it or the dirt will be a bitch to get off!
Just my 2 cents.

Get a professional detail at the beginning of the summer to get rid of impurities and swirl marks in the paint. And, then the rest of the year you can wash, polish and wax on your own.
