Hey Bodih

Check this out. I didn't say anything Friday because I didn't want to look like a tard trying to copy your conversation.

This is my dad's 1938 Plymoth Deluxe Spring special. The registery only has 2 of these recorded still left in the world. It's been in the family since new, my dad's great aunt purchsed the car. They used it for everything, as they all did back then. The car has never seen a winter (Minnesota car) It's been stored in a garage since day 1 and only has about 40,000 miles on it.

My dad received the car when he was 16 from his dad, they and me all learned how to drive on this car.

3 years ago my dad had it completely restored, which didn't take much as the car was in very good condition. The restorer was amazed that there was no rust or even repairs/rebuild to the car.

Right now the car resides in Minnesota still, all cozy in a garage waiting for me to pick it up in a few years to bring down to AZ.

Was that pull done in Tucson? If so I've been told there are no dyno shops in town.

Yes it was in Tucson. This one was at ESTuning and I believe Brother's Racing has one if they are still open. The one at ESTuning is right by my house in Rita Ranch. 5 Min drive.

Great story! Aside from the rarity of the car itself, there's very few family car stories in the nation (or world) that go this deep.
