Your fuel trims are way off . I added LT , NEW ERA , PORTED TB and was setting the same 2 codes . Did some datalogging with LS2 scanner and my LTFT were 24 at cruise . Vector got me squared away .

You guys nailed it. My LTFTs are Bank 1 23.4 and Bank 2 22.6.

Yes I would say the cai could be the culprit. Now if it was a truly factory replacement cai no tuning required them the cross section as well as flow dynamic characteristics of the factory intake should have been thought of in the design. Odds are very few cai out there are not. The Maf sensor needs to be calibrated to the intake it is in!

Have you checked to see if you have one of the weak MAF's. It might not be properly registering the increased air flow. The weak MAF should have a single letter such as "P" on it while the stronger ones have a letter and number code such as "K21"
