A tick over 13.0 sec. and you're through the quarter-mile. It's a rush, of course, but not overly dramatic. Try the same thing with this pair's predecessors of 1970 or so and you'll find yourself in a bit of a wrestling match. Ain't progress wonderful? Maybe yes, and maybe sometimes it's fun to wrestle."

I am always polite in Number 3 and Mrs. Number 3s SS. Offer free tours to those that are very interested. Can't guess why these guys were uptight other than it's possible they weren't supposed to be driving it.
You see by the rules CTF cars (sticker in the lowere LH windshield) are only to be driven by GM employees. General Public is verboten (sic?). Up until the Ship to Commerce date which you are all waiting for patiently.

They acted that way because they are dicks. People like that exist. We'll just have to hope they don't poison the well too much.

I'm wondering if he wasn't supposed to be driving it. Maybe he was a salesman and "borrowed" it from a dealer. That's the only reason he would freak out about the picture. GM no longer cares if it gets spied, especially since they'll be in showrooms in less than a month. At this point ANY spy shot of the Camaro is good for GM because it's free publicity.
