Hey everyone. Fairly new owner of a summit-white LS (had her 6 weeks). Stumbled across this thread, stopping in to say hello. Im sure ive seen someone who posts in here at one point or another in town. Since the 5th gens came out, everytime I see a Camaro my head turns and I stare

Here are a few runs from last night. Supercharged Silver Camaro is jasycz28, he was running low to mid 12's all night .

I had a total of 4 runs. I ran up against 2 mustangs, a supra and Jasycz28. Only Jasycz28 beat me, the stangs and supra were suprisingly slow.

DA at the track @ 8pm was about 6000!

I only ran twice...times were 13.5 and 13.6 and both time I had throttle shock due to the guys not resetting the tree from pro back to 500 (was happening to everyone all night). This was with JRE and my trap mph were consistant with the other tune 107+...this one felt smoother and not as rough but with the weather as it was (hot) I really cant make a comparison. Still couldnt hook up...2.1 (20psi) and 2.2 (16psi) on the 60ft's...but it seemed everyone was slow and even the track manager said the track traction has gone to crap. So no real results - for possibly the last race until its cooler. Was nice to see Armysig, Jaz and Copper there! Jaz has the .1 itous like me now He def has a 11 sec car!!

hey heres a little update. the Z started making noises in the rear end. so took it apart and found out the gears are pretty shot. who ever put them in set the ring and pinion to deep. the locker was all GM parts and from what ive been told bulletproof too. i spennd 150 bucks to get a new one ill pick it up on monday and get it in. the old gears were a 350 gear ratio whick wasnt offered in my car so the gears im getting will be off a little bit.no big though. It aint nothing but a thang, lol. take care all ill see you soon

The gears that were in it, from what I was told, are stock 3:42's. And nothing on the little 7 1/4 inch rearend that chevy used is bullet proof. What gears are you going with?

Yes I was. Then I got another revised tune with TM removed gears 2 and up...but when it shifted to 3rd, it felt really weird...and I didnt want to race it that way...plus the bucking after letting off the gas. I could also tip in real fast, and it would fool the tranny. I since went to stock (had to take car in to get electrical system checked out just in case) and then went with a JRE tune...

ArmySig, do you have Jennettys aggressive drag tune or just a regular?...I was just notified that he has more than one....
