Got my invite this morning Danny but of course they had just been notified on the events and they called me to see if I was down for it. I'm all about getting those hot laps on Friday though. I think the drivers for the Brickyard will be doing the driving and the guest are riding shotgun. I was told speeds around 140-145. I'm hoping I can let whoever know I've driven around the track before on hot laps with our ISP Camaros and maybe, just maybe they may grant me their blessing and make it happen for me.

I went into Penske a month or so back (when we purchased my wife's Equinox) and I asked why I hadn't heard about any of these type of events since I bought my Camaro there. They apologized and wrote my damn down and said they'd add me to the list.

Hmmmm... still waiting for them to contact me.

Heard back from my dealer, I did not get an invite because I had already attended the event in May. They wanted to give those that had not attended any events this year first pick it appears. I guess I can understand that being that each dealer has a limited number of spots. Maybe if there are any spots left they will offer one to me.

Well guys, I've got some sad news. The Camaro gets traded in tomorrow. Needing something more practical with the family and all.

It's been awesome meeting those of you that I've met. Maybe one day I'll have a Camaro again.

Also, I'll have a spare HID ballast & ******** x3 harness if anyone wants/needs.

That sucks, but you don't have to permanently leave. I don't have a car either.

I'll mail to you, just pay shipping. PM me. It was meant for the BA system. The BA amp is in your trunk on the driver's side. Remove all the stuff in the trunk, and pull back the liner. it's the connector on the farthest side from you. It even has a nice gauge wire for the remote turn-on that I'll leave attached.

Maybe eventually... but for a while, being surrounded by so many Camaro's will probably just bring me down.
