I think 2010 L99 is looking to just get the nut to secure the ground strap to the OEM stud.
Here is the GM part number for the nut: 11609831. Should be a M10x1.5 nut. |

We feel this is the simplest, most durable solution that would be an easy modification for everyone. We would supply the Higher Strength and Grade Steel threaded stud, free of charge.
