Install cost me about 21.00 (needed some socket extensions.

Took me about 7 hours to install. Only a little bit of blood showing. No CEL.

Did I mention, HOLY CRAP?

This is borderline obnoxiously loud! Maybe I have a leak? I have yet to determine if this hypothesis is true. All looks good at the header flange but it does sound like the majority of the sound is coming from under the car.
Is that just the way it usually sounds?

No, mine is very mellow. Just a low rumble, but nothing loud I would say. You may have a leak. Remember I have Magnaflow with res x so I was really quiet before the headers. But if you are thinking it is really loud from under the car my guess would be a leak.

I think your right. I may get it welded tomorrow.
I don't see how I could fix any leak, I put it all together the best it could go.

when you get the tune you get all the download software and driver info. It is very easy and even a noob could do it. Vince has great customer service, just read a few of the Trifecta threads. As far as LT's go you cant' beat OBX as long as you can go without cats. Sounds good and power is there for sure.

well I got a chance to put a few more miles on the headers and spent some time listening. Under the hood is nice and quiet, sounds really good.
It does have a small leak at one of the slip joints but hardly noticeable, mostly it's just freakin' loud. Maybe I'll get used to it.

Well, I'm not saying you don't have any leaks or issues (if your hearing it all seem to come from below you may very well have an issue) but the LTs + MRT is definitely a pairing that makes for a very loud combo!

Don't get me wrong, it sounds great! I just hope I can avoid the wrong kind of attention. I haven't gotten on it very hard yet because I have to watch for cops now that it's this loud.

I'll have to see if I can beat my 153MPH top speed run.
