They sure do look nice, but I think I'd still prefer leather over suede...

+1...suede looks real nice but my 300zx has it on the bottom of the dash, sides of the middle console and door panels...and the drivers door looks so bad cuz the suede is all worn away from the drivers leg always being there to rub up against it...and you cant get around keeping your ass from wearing out the seat...

By the way, ignore the price. Having "BMW" on the seats is worth at least $1,000 extra.

Hum would there be an issue with the curtain bag system? Just make sure there is clearance so when the bags pop they can deploy and won't hit the custom seats.
