We can meet at Dunkin Donuts. Leave there at 8 AM.
That sounds good, Ralph.
Dunkin Donuts and coffee is a great way to start the day.
We'll be there early. See you guys there!

Here is the Van Sant Bridge which is close to my home;

(thought this was a good excuse to post another pic.! )

And, has there been any discussion of a "rain date"?!

(Just asking as by now you know I can't attend on the 25th - and I'm just asking, not jinxing you all! )

I added a 5th Bridge to the cruise and I'll have route hand-outs for everyone.

1) Any ideas on lunch?
2) Trying NOT to think of rain...but anyone have any date preferences just in case?

Doylestown wouldn't be too far away and might offer some places to eat; ie; 'Five Guy's' Burgers.

Newtown offers 'Applebee's' as well as many casual places.

Mmmm burgers....

I vote for whoever has a big parking lot. Looks like we might get a fairly big turnout so something more conventional like a Five Guys might work out best rather than a small mom n pop joint.

As for rain date.... after blaming Moose hehehe.... we could do the next Sunday the 2nd? Also if we see late in the week that Saturday would be gorgeous and Sunday awful, could people do Saturday the 24th?

I second that vote for whoever has a big parking lot!

I've never been to Five Guys so I can't make an informed decision.

But I can say that the Applebee's in Newtown is right next to a Chick-fil-A, and since Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays we could pretty much take over their side of the parking lot. Plus, we would almost be back where we stared from for anyone not familiar with the area.

The following Sunday sounds good to me for a raindate.

Thanks for the ideas everyone. I'm thinking instead of trying to plan now, we'll figure it during the cruise. We'll see how long it takes to go through all the bridges then we'll have several options:

1. Head north to intersection of rte 32 and 611 to the American diner.

2. Head south to Doylestown to Five Guys burgers. It shares parking lot with Giant grocery store so plenty of space. If Berks crew takes PA turnpike, this is pretty convenient for them to get right back on 611 south to Willow Grove.

3. Head further south to Newtown and hit the Applebees.
