I don't think he is giving out any confidential information and he is doing wonders for GM public relations while doing it. It is a win-win situation for all of us, GM included.

GM should have an official rep in here keeping everyone updated

he made it a point that there were certain things he could not disclose and he has kept that promise (as i am am sure he wants to keep his job lol) i think he knows 9being on the line for 20+ years things he can and cannot talk about outside the plant.

BESIDES IT'S NOT LIKE HE ISN'T TELLING US ANYTHING SECRETIVE OR CONFIDENTIAL THAT THERE aren't hundreds of pics of already (assembly & whatnot) this car has gotten more exposure than we could've imagined tanks to people like THE MOLE

bY THAT LOGIC fbodfather should stop talking to us anymore or should've not been here to begin with??!!?!?! GOD FORBID!!

lol so thanks MOLE and opleez keep the info coming

Agreed. The Mole has been giving us general information that supports what we've already been told.

Now, if he was saying what exactly he did, or took pictures of his work station, or gave out personal, specific information about each car coming down the line, that would be a problem.

But so far, he's answered our questions without crossing the line.

Thanks Mole, for the info. I, too, am totally in love with this car and I have not seen one for real yet. I have an Imperial Blue (dark blue) SS on order since the color was added....are you making any yet? I am just an old guy waiting to have a dream car!! Could have bought anything, but this car brought me back to 1969, a very good year!! I can't wait to be "driving in my car, turn on the radio!"

We all love Mole, thats a given.

HOWEVER since we're not sure who Dylan is and why he is suggesting Mole stop giving out information, just MAYBE there is a reason he is trying to keep Mole from getting in trouble. So rather than us telling him its OK, lets not put him in position that will get him in trouble.
There may be very stict policies and guidelines that we don't know that GM has in place for certain employees about giving out information. fbodfather is in a completely different role and position than a line employee.

Mole, if you even THINK that you could potentially get yourself in trouble, PLEASE don't risk it. You've already told us a lot and we appreciate it. Based on what you've told us about yourself, you are exactly the kind of person we want assembling out cars. We'd rather you continue to build 'em for us than lose your job....

Thanks for all your concern. I am well aware of what can happen to me. I wouldn't intentionally sabotage myself.I have read the code of conduct expected of me and my fellow workers. I'm adding a disclaimer to my posts. It's a fine line we have drawn in the shop floor and I will do my best to keep you informed as well as protect myself. If I don't answer some of you questions don't be offended. I may just be ignoring you. jk. But now that I've got your attention...did you hear about hnlk nvengi ikfbedh psmjnsc ??eh
