Right now, it would appear, a whole lot of nothing.

From what I gather, you can't modify a 2012/13 Dodge anything because the computers are locked down? I could be wrong. So Dodge will have to have a whale of a trick up their sleeves if this is true.

ZL1 will be ok. Ford can't even pick a nice color to show. What is that, Tonka Toy Blue?

With all the less than impressive road and track & Car and Driver reviews, they ( Dodge) have to know that they are out of contention for the american consumer muscle car sales.

right?

Here's the key: Chevy threw down the gauntlet and challenged Ford, and they backed down. From Jalopnik:

Chevy Challenges Ford To Muscle Car Fight, Ford Takes Bat, Goes Home
After Ford brought out its potentially ZL1-killing 650-horsepower 2013 Shelby GT500, Joel Ewanick, global vice president of GM marketing, decided to drop the gauntlet down at the feet of Ford. "We should take a Camaro, Ford brings a Mustang, we each pick our drivers, and see who has the best time on the Nürburgring," Ewanick said to Scott Burgess of the Detroit News. Jim Farley, who heads Ford's global marketing, wasn't taking the bait despite professed claims to a desire to "take a bat" to Chevrolet. "I wish we could," he said, after hearing about Ewanick's challenge. "Who wouldn't want to do that?" Huh. Sounds to us like maybe Ford's chicken. Hey, Farley — bawk-bawk-bawk-BA-kawk!

Interesting about the Dodge computers. If that is true, that sucks.

Colours are very subjective. I love that colour, and would have liked GM to offer the Camaro in a light blue.

Listen, I am going to be honest... If I were GM I would have challenged Ford the same way they just did. Why not? Ford has just destroyed the ZL1 momentum with three numbers (650,600,200). That is really the only option for them at this point... and it was a wild, unimaginative challenge at best. After the 2-3 weeks it will take to prep a car for shipping and to clear customs, Nurburgring itself will be covered in snow.. It is already 32 degrees here now... Instead of delaying the race until April (in which the magazines will have already declared a winner), why not drive (or trailor) your heavyweight 5 and a half hours north to a very challenging track that isn't covered in snow or freezing rain? It will cost less and pretty much show who is faster right? Why wait after class and travel a half a world away.. step outside and lets do this....

I doubt Ford has a 100% production example of this car yet to test.

You might be correct, they were originally suppose to show the car at the Detroit show in January but, they decided to show everything at the first show of the season. There are 3 big shows left and I suspect that performance specs will be released in Detroit. However, while Red stayed in Europe, Black and Blue was sent back to the US before the ZL1 made its Ring run. White stripe (unknown and only confirmed by R&T to be at the Ring) is still unaccounted for.... We may very well see a Ring run yet... I have learned to not let Ford's patience and silence fool me... They could have shown the 650 number after the 7:41 run but.... like a snake.... they laid in wait...

Ford announced the Spec just as price of ZL1 is released. I think Ford might try to pull another one here. They will release all the performance numbers just as the ZL1 gets to the showroom. I am afraid the performance number will not make the ZL1 look good again.

I left for awhile but it allowed me to get some work done. I apologize about our last conversation, I had spent hours on the phone prior and was in quite a lot of pain. No need for me to be offended I guess....
