I would rather help!

GM will review the order,
it's an automatic review and edit,
But, it does not mean they are in the system.

Hey Becky, the order was placed for a 2012 camaro 1ss/rs on August 22nd 2011 at Gus Brown dealership in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. The order number provided by my dealer is QBJQPT. I still do not have my car yet so this is more about trying to find out why the long wait, considering Oshawa is the Whitby's next door neighbour lol. Your help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

# real close - is the 2 a Z or 8 a 3 or anything like that?

I don't have access to Canadian orders, but sure seems to me
you should have your car by now. You may want to try calling
Canadian Customer Service 800-263-3777 (I think that's right)

You're at 1100 so changing the order is no problem. When the
allocation is available to the dealer, they choose which order to
place, it's not necessarily an automatic. Hope that helps

Supposedly my dealer received their first allocation out of two for the 2012 model year this past Thursday. I was told he used my order for that allocation this past Saturday. Called him today and asked if he could preference his other stock order ahead of mine. He said he won't know until tomorrow, as the order should have been picked up on Sunday. Does that make any sense? He told me he'll be able to tell me tomorrow.
