I'm feeling very enlightened by this video. Time to go back and become more enlightened...

Important recap notes: Smaller tires make you go faster ('cause they turn faster); heavier trucks make you go slower; there is a speed diff between manual and auto transmission; cops keep their tires full so you can't go faster than them on your flat tires; and to be in really good shape, expect 7 minutes to take you a mile.
