ND or MN tuners to trust?
Are there any good tuners in either of these states? I'd hope to not have to travel if I don't have to...

Hey Kyle, the closest reputable tuner that I have found is a place called "Dyno Tune USA" based out of Watertown, SD. They do have a mobile dyno service and make several trips around the area with their dyno. I had my car on their dyno at a car show in Bemidji about 2 years ago, but I elected not to get tuned. I would call and talk to Andy, he may know of a trip schedule when he will be up there closer to your location. But from what I've heard Andy is a Top-Notch LS Tuner. Check out the website:
