New Tires - New Issue
I receently got new REARS only Toyo Proxes 4 to replace my current Toyo Proxes 4 that I had on all four corners. 275/40/20 on Rear and 245/45/20 on Fronts.
The Fronts have about 1/2 life left, so I didn't put new ones on the front, while the rears were basically bald. During the replacement, I got the Sensors replaced as well. So, all good right... I have had them on for about a week, and just noticed yesterday when I was driving and started to Exit the highway to and going on the Exit Ramp (Hard Right turn) my Traction Control would come on like I was slipping. I thought that was odd, so I went back around (this time making a hard left) and nothing...but when I go hard right it kicks on. I hope that makes sense.... What could the issue be? Someone suggested because I didn't change the fronts, that the height of the tires from Front to Back are "out of spec" but wouldn't that cause the "slipping" to happen regardless if I'm turning Right or Left? Plus, it is only on sharp right turns, not every right turn. I'm lost as to what the issue might be.

Thats very odd. The new tires on the rear versus the front tires wont be what is setting it office. Especially, after they have been on for a week with no issues. It sounds like you have some sort of traction control sensor issue, nothing to do with the tires.
I would bring it to the dealer |

I would check your wheel sensors and wiring going to them.

Where would that sensor be located?

Sounds like there is enough difference in diameter between the front and rears because of the wear difference to upset your traction control.

I'm just gonna state the obvious here: maybe your going around the corner fast enough in a low enough gear that you are breaking traction on the rear tires. The most obvious answer is usually your best one. Just saying.
And btw drivers weight maybe a factor in the left and right differences as well... |

They are the wires going into the spindles.
It's not that. The difference has to be 6% to cause a problem. At the stock tire height that is about 1.722"

It was the difference in the tires. I put some new tires on the front and no more issues. I then put the old ones back on and issue came back. (Spare rims)
Crazy, but thank you for the pointers!!
