I still think the damn car needs a proper name. It basically rules out any V6 model if they wanted to do one (which, if equipped with the LFX from the Camaro, would still make a decent sports sedan).

I figure GM thinks that would steal sales from Impala.

In AU they are all telling me the next generation of Commodores are going green and horror of horrors for any self respecting Aussie FWD. I am still trying to figure out how the USA gets a rompin stompin RWD SS sedan and the Aussies get a 4cyliner FWD? That might be why we are going to have to wait more than a year.

It is sad to see the family deal with loss and a power struggle. The man deserves to be put to rest and not sit on a slab in a morgue :(
