So many of you have the wrong impression, they are not white trash. the number one clues are.

1. they live some place that has stairs to the second floor, not just to the front door.
2. they keep the Camaro in a garage, not in the yard.
3. he had a laptop that he did not care if she broke.
4. the number one reason I know they are not white trash, she was mad because he spilled red wine on the carpet.

Gary King, 29, was arrested Sunday and is being held at the Palm Beach County Jail without bail. He is facing charges aggravated assault and battery.

King was arrested after West Palm Beach Police officers spotted him driving south on North Jog Road on Sunday morning. They were searching for him after his 33-year-old wife called police at 9:54 a.m. to allege that King had pointed a gun at her.

While in custody, King told the officer that he had a fight with his wife and she threatened to hit his car with a metal bar. King said that when she hit his car, he pointed a gun at her, but he had “made sure” that he had taken out the magazine and the chambered round, according to the arrest report.

Further, King told the officers that it wasn’t his intent to hurt her; he just wanted her to stop damaging his car.

Back at the couple’s home, the wife, whose name was withheld in the report, told officers that it all started the night before when King showed up late and “appeared intoxicated.” She woke up to learn that King had been drinking red wine and had spilled it on the rug.

The woman said she argued with King about the spill and about him taking the PlayStation upstairs. Because King ignored her, the woman said she “jumped” on King’s laptop and broke it; King allegedly laughed at her.

Angered, the woman said she threatened to hit his car, the report said. As she walked down the stairs, the woman said King threatened “I will shoot you,” but she “did not believe him.”

So, the woman grabbed a metal lug wrench and hit his car, which is when King ran up to her and pointed the gun at her head, according to the report. The two then struggled — as she kept reminding him that she was two months pregnant — until he pushed her all the way into the bathroom and threw her into the tub.

King’s wife said she then stopped talking and waited for King to leave.
