We have a few locals that switched to ceramic pads because it annoyed them and they haven't had an issue since.

Buy lower performance, low dusting pads and get them installed. The standard brembos will squeal to varying degrees depending on applied pressure, speed, temperature, and dust accumulation.

This is a fact. Even non-high-performance brakes do this. This is what happens when cancer-causing asbestos is removed from the brake linings. It is what it is.

Mine don't make a sound. I believe my brakes have an option that turns sonic energy into brake dust mixed with superglue

Hawk Ceramic pads solved both my noise and dust issues.

Brake noise is not caused by brake dust it is actually the pad vibrating at a high pitch. Ceramic pads dont get rid of dust it is just not black and therefore it doesnt show up

Best way to fix it is drive hard brake hard. It's a common thing in performance brakes.

If you brake heavy it should not make the noise. It is during a specified pressure that the noise comes from the pads. It is due to the metals used in the pads that causes this. Thus why ceramic pads doesn't suffer from this problem... but they also don't grip as well as perfomance pads do.
The ceramic part isn't true because I have ceramic pads and they sound like I'm killing a dang rabbit! ......and yes they were bedded properly!

I got hawk pads and their drilled and slotted rotors and that's when the noise started for me!

Hawk pads and new OEM rotors. Slapped them on, no special breakin procedures. No noise, and the dust may be transparent, but when I run my finger along the spokes of my wheel it is clean.
No more cleaning my wheels 4 times a week.
