I got the call from Todd Crosby this morning on my way to work. I was literally around the corner from the dealership at the time.... my Baby is rocking. From there we went and got tinted and she's been rocking ever since. I cannot believe how awesome this car is.

More to come soon... with pics and blow/blow details.

That wait is over... the wait was long... the wait was frustrating... the wait is forgotten!!

PS - absolutely a great guy, Todd Crosby.

Yea Number 9!!!! Congrats! If you don't mind me asking, where did you go for the tint job? I'd like to take mine to a place that has already dealt with a 'picky camaro owner'.

I called the GM CS # today just for the heck of it and they say it has shipped....they can't or wouldn't say when but just that it had shipped. Don't know if it's true but it is a better answer than I got last week saying it was in QC.

I went ahead and had the dealer do it... so, Todd and I drove it over to the dealer's installer... they are located on the Hummer lot across the highway. What a fun drive that was... anyway, the guy there (Larry) is freaking incredible and knocked out the tint job in about 20 minutes maybe? Unreal. Looks awesome.

I know that's right.. I'll get pics posted as soon as possible. Some tomorrow for sure, but the good ones come Sunday after the Tropi-Care owner gets done washing/clay barring and waxing the car.

Nope, I don't mind. It was $269, all windows done (but front windshield) and lifetime warranty. Probably a little more than you'd pay a third-party but I wanted it done by someone who'd done more than one or two *new* Camaro's and I wanted it done sooner/rather than later.

They did a freaking beautiful job (pics to come, I know the thread is useless without pics) and I know exactly where to go and who to talk to if I ever have issues.

Okay, some pics before I go to bed for the night. These aren't great, as the car is dirty and the paint job isn't given the justice is deserves.... wait until Sunday or Monday for those!!

And, once again, thanks to Todd Crosby for his assistance and support... he put up with a rabid R6P Early Order guy for 10 days shy of nine months, as we both waited for the car to get here!

PS - yes, those are builds slips and paperwork from Oshawa tucked into the door. I also found a Canadian coin on the floor of the car, behind the passenger seat. Not going to dwell on how that got there.. I now consider it a good luck charm that will always be with the car.
