Depending on how "Limited" This car actually is, i'm dying to get one. Only for the fact that there are already plans to build 60,000 Camaro's this year. If this car is atleast some what rare, I want one.

If they got the paint spot on, I'd pay the money for it without any regrets! What's it worth to you to be done right? For me; if they said it is $4000 more MSRP for the correct paint job, I'd be like "OK!" Considering it's being done in the build process and easier done that way, I think that's a win win for both partys!

You'll see it on the front page if they get permission to sell this car...trust me. They aren't "GOING" to release it for sure. Don't get your hopes up!

I have wanted a Nissan Murano since 2003, and have NEVER considered getting anything other than that. However, when I found out about the Bumblebee Edition, there is only one thing that will stop me from placing my order ASAP... If they jack the price up waaaaaay too high.
This is going to be AMAZING!

Of course, I must admit that I agree with the fact that jacking up the price over a couple decals, aluminum plates, and custom stitching is kind of dumb if GM isn't going to offer a unique body kit/paint job...

I'm looking at GM Order Workbench and don't see anything on a 1SS or 1LT regarding any special edition Bumblebee.

I am sure the bankruptcy caused some problems but will the new 2010 bumblebee camaro still be offered? As soon as I hear they are taking orders I am there. Can't wait to get one. Dayton, OH has NO NEWS about this limited production car yet.

Well if any of them are reading this thread I suggest the following:

Unique exterior color (no it doesn't need to be the super expensive color in the movie) just use something a little pearly or more orange or something that isn't rally yellow.

Painted black stripes

Do a unique interior color or trim; yellow inserts or alcantara or something.

and of course slap a logo or two on it and a Bee-otch air freshener.

Anyone have further information on this? More concerned with the stripe package, will it be the extended stripes, perhaps painted, or the typical stripes that you can already get?
