We tried to bribe the guard and she wouldn't budge. There was a part of the fence that is pulled up that my fiancée wanted to go under to go check the vins herself but I didn't feel like having to bail her out of jail tonight.

Man..Could it be? My ABM car is supposed to be here this week (well last week according to my dealer) but there is only 2 ABM sold in La so far..And one is waaaay up north..I am praying that ABM in the yard is mine!!

Oooops. got so carried away last night when I saw the message that I typed my VIN wrong on my iPhone!!!!

I'm 12611, 2SS, RT, auto, RJT with black interior. I'm in N.O., but I got it from Ryan Chevrolet in Monroe (great guys, MSRP from the beginning, no hassles, and they've kept me up to date all through the process).

I'm still blown away from Saturday. As I drove up to the Safari carwash on Vets, there sat the owner's SS RJT. I hoped maybe someone had dropped mine off there and they were going to hand me the keys when I pulled in. No such luck, but it sure looks great!!!!!

however when we went up to the guard trailer no one would go out there and verify the vin number for us.

I can't imagine future owners doing things like this would want to make anyone at GM communicate more! Boy, as a group, we really are a bunch of pests!

Bother your dealer, district manager or someone at GM if you have a problem, otherwise just chill.

Called my dealer this am to tell him about the ABM in the railyard...He called me back and confirmed that it is my car and that it left the railyard this am...He said I should be driving it by this afternoon!!!
Now I just hope he knows what he's talking about and it really gets here!!

Mine left this a.m. as well. Dealer just called said he was standing outside waiting for truck to arrive. Should be soon!!!! I've already done all paperwork. They will drive it off truck, do their checks on it, then I'm taking it home to wash. Stripes go on tomorrow!

She is doing the paperwork right now. That was her cgm that we saw in the yard, it arrived around 10:30 this morning. Will post pics when we get back.
