So my CEL came again and STILL nothing in the catch can....I took a look and I noticed I got 3 hoses with the catch can

2 of them had a thing on them (Im assuming its a check valve to only always blow one way) and they are longer
1 of them had no check valve and this ones shorter

My current set up is the engine uses the shorter one and to the read passenger side is the longer one with the thing on the tube. Is this correct?

why don't you break the connections where the hoses are spliced together and try the suction tests there.

In the mean time, why don't you put the original oil fill cap back.

I did the suction test. Hence why I noticed air blew only one way

The center of the can goes to the rear of the passenger side valve cover.

One of the outer valves goes to the center top of the intake manifold, and the other would be capped (if a dual valve used NA).

If your description of your connections is correct then you have it backwards and it cannot evac to the catch can.

If you have the AN fittings and braided hoses, then the center has NO inline checkvalve and runs to the rear of the passenger side valve cover rear/top of the valve cover to this barb:

Here is the can mounted on a LLT/LFX:

Then the outer goes to the vacuum source on top of the intake manifold (LFX shown, but LLT is in the same location):

This is a picture of the fixed orfice that is pressed into the rear of the passenger side valve cover:

The top of it:

and the bottom . Note the tiney holes the crankcas has to vent through:

And one last thing. The drain valve. This is closed, with the threads extended:

Here is the valve shown open (threads retracted) to drain:

Hope this helps....and if you can, please post pictures of each line from the can and where it is running.

I have the braided hoses.
The center plug of the can going to the rear currently uses the inline checkvalve
The outer plug of the can going to the intake manifold uses the one without the inline checkvalve.

I think this is backwards?

So basically I flipped it to the following configuration:
1 inline checkvalve braided hose to the intake manifold (Outer Connection to can)
1 NON inline checkvalve braided hose to the passenger side valve cover (Middle Connection to can)
1 inline checkvalve braided hose plugged in but capped off (Outer Connection to can)

Is this correct? If so why the heck is the hose so long. I have no clue how to make it look nice.

"S" Configuration to intake manifold

"C" Configuration to intake manifold

With this configuration with the hoses I get a whistle/whining sound when the breather is attached. Is this supposed to happen? Ill probably post a video of the sound tomorrow
