Been Detailing for many years and found that 95% is your correction work and 5% is your LSP (last step product).

We'll they are lying like mofo’s because it just rained yesterday and it beaded up big time. Even washed it a couple times with no differences noted. Don’t get me wrong, you can get a deeper shine with other products, but this stuff is fast and easy. It’s not the same as a regular wax, not as smooth to the feel and touch, but it looks good and gets the job done.

I’m not on turtle wax’s sac, just saying I’m impressed with the way it looks and works for me.

Thats true, but with a new car you dont need much. Just seal it up and take care of it. If I'm wrong please let me know.......

TW Ice is the worst product I've ever used in 40+ years of waxing, polishing and detailing my cars. Impossible to get this stuff off. Car looks like it was hit with a bottle of Johnson's baby oil. Streaky and uneven.

dumb or not. i am saying i learned from some one who has been around for some time lol. i was told by many people it was not good not just one. but hey people have there own preference on different products. i am also like others and will try new things but when i hear bad news i don't try. i have tried 5 different wax's on my tc which is not the best way to do it. you are suppose to stick with one kind. but glad to hear that there are people who use turtle wax and paint is still good also word that it messed with the paint but i never saw proof.

If streaks, you're not applying correctly. Read the bottle for streaks, they come right off. 2 black cars now...tends to streak.

You are likely not applying it correctly.

On my 66 CORVETTE I had a very expensive Lacquer paint job done in Milano Maroon.

When I picked it up from the largest Corvette Shop in the province I asked what they used? They use Nu Finish. They also used it on there own Concours show cars as well.

I was was a Blue Corral fan up to that point.

Anyone who has had problems with TW Ice, try doing it first thing in the morning. Car's body must be cool. If you take a black car and put it in the shade after it's been sitting in the sun all day, you'll be applying the product on panels that are 100 degrees+. You can forget about anything not streaking in those conditions.

I read the instructions to a "T" and still can't seem to remove it
you are right it is like putting on light oil or kerosene
It never sets up and drys to the light film the instructions say I even bought
a bottle that said improved formula
I'll go back to Maguires! Ice = waste of ten bucks

I just bought some Zaino detailer spray, the Z6 I believe it's called. Will give that a try and see. People have been raving about Zaino. Cannot make a fair assessment until I've tried both products.

I am willing to bet you you use too much product or use it on a car thats been in the sun all day not allowing enough time to cool off. It says use liberal its not kidding less is better or it will be a nasty mess on your hands.

Also should use those microfiber polishing clothes. They sell them at Autozone and are yellow. They usually clean up nicely and leave a nice shine.
