Is the ZL1 worth it? About to pull the trigger..
About to pull the trigger on a '13 zl1, white fully loaded at my local dealer. Have a '10 RS 1lt to trade in on it. Just wondering if its worth the $44k they quoted me after I trade the '10 in. Let me know guys!

It all depends on you. It is the top dog Camaro, period. You can't modify an SS to the level of the ZL1 for what you pay for the ZL1. If you want the best all around car it is worth it. If you want the fastest straight line car, I would modify an SS.

So 12 -12k is all a 1LT is worth? Do you have a million miles on it?

I've had three SS's and several other fast cars. Nothing contends with this car period. It is worth a lot more than what your spending and you'll never regret it. It's the safest purchase you'll probably ever make. Obviously I'm VERY happy with this car, it's hard to express in text.

It's worth it as long as there is no Dealer Markup
I wouldn't pay any dealer markup out of principle, regardless what the car is like performance wise. So what price do they have the ZL1 listed for? |

Some wont pay over list, but I did because I would spend more money wasting my time messing with salesmen than the 2k over, I can make more money just doing other things than bother messing with salesmen. Also I got everything I wanted and gave the salesman a $600 tip on top of that. Now I get anything I want from that dealer. Also I am not trying to install a NAV head, trade for blk wheels or tying to find a carbon fiber hood. You can not lose buying a limited production car in most cases. So far they are in high demand. So far the car is a better road race car than a lighter drag race car. Last edited by Skylane765; 01-12-2013 at 08:34 PM. |

I sold my 2009 CTS-V to buy my ZL1 and I don't regret it one bit. My Corvette is collecting dust now!

MSRP. The S is "suggested". It is not charity. Last edited by Skylane765; 01-12-2013 at 08:30 PM. |
