Although after tuning the L99, we had about a 7 RWHP gain on a completely bone stock camaro, the vehicle never defaulted to the low octane table. it had a good amount of knock before we started tuning, and we were able to minimize most of it, but it doesnt stay consistant with 87 octane.

I have siad in other posts, my car was tuned while on the low octane table, back in 2009, before fuse pull was known, gained 27 HP and 40 ft.lb. torque, then a few months later did fuse pull, WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!
So your saying people with a tune should do this fuse pull??
I bought my car with 3000 and change miles on it and it now has about 2 thousand more...
I had it tuned shortly after I got it..... but God knows what was in it before I bought it for 3k miles...
Oh and by the way I bought it from a dealership and I've put nothing but 93 octane in it since I've owned it for about 6 months now, and it's been hibernating for the last couple in my garage... let me know and thanks!!!

I believe they talk about the trunk fuse pull in this thread as well. Two under the hood and one in the trunk.

You seem to know a lot about this whole fuse pull deal..
I bought my car with 3200 miles on it from a dealership and shortly after began Modding and got my Jannetty tune..
Question is this do you feel that it would be a smart choice for me to do the fuse pull even know I'm tuned???
Been looking for an answer to this question for some time now... thanks!!

No, once you get a tune the fuse pull is no longer needed.

So all this time people have been pulling 5 and 20, now it is 5 and 13 or 10 in the trunk, so what was 20 for???

I removed 5, 20, and the ECU one in the trunk. I will replace them tomorrow and hope for the best. Thanks to everyone who contributed to the thread and figured this out.
