I understand their reasoning for showing it in silver but seriously? At least Holden showed the SS-V in orange. It looked a ton better just from the paint color.

Silver is the "National" racing color for Germany...an undeniable inference?

Yep. Ppirro is our new Military Working Dog from Lackland AFB. We have had him a week. Deb and my oldest took him back to base for shots and wellness check. He is the Alpha dog of the litter. He dominates the others by putting his front paws on their backs. No barking or biting he pushes them to the ground just to show off.

He fits in well at Pedders.

And the main competition is the 300 SRT8 ($57,000 loaded) and the Charger SRT8 (start at $46 and tops out at $50,000)

I just see too much G8 in the greenhouse. I know this is much improved for interior etc. But it just might be a car you have to drive to appreciate.
The Pedders G8 was one of the best cars I have ever owned. The longer wheel base felt great on track. Aside from coolers and a ProCharger we left her pretty much stock. We'll stock for us. On long road courses it was bad fast. Tight short courses were a challenge with the auto.

Is it just me?

When I go to the Chevrolet website and I see a big giant picture of a deers head with the robot dog it:

1 - Creeps me out
2 - Makes me think I went to the wrong website cuz I wanted to see cars
3 - Think the people that run the content of that page think that's cooler than showing any of the following - Corvette pics, SS pics, or even a young person buying their first new car, a Sonic or Spark.

Just me but another example of how GM still does not get what they do.

Really a robot dog and a deer? That has what to do with the products GM makes exactly?

There, I'm better now.

Ha ha!!! Didn't even realize you could play the commercial from that until you mentioned it. Which now goes to how much I didn't like that commercial.

GM got in big trouble showing the kid fantasizing about flying in a C6 Corvette. Now though you can have a Ford Fusion flying off a cliff and someone skateboarding in a Sonic. Sheeeesh.
