I'm happy with my 60', quarter mile, and trap speed. But unfortunately I'm still not as fast as Debro is. I don't believe my car can trap 121 mph. And considering his car has run a 12.0 with a 2.0 60 ft. and I ran a 12.3 with a 2.0 60'. I'm not there yet. But I'm def a lot closer than I used to be lol.

You have bottom 12s at 118 or better in that thing just by looking at that slip. One thing about stick cars, the better you launch and more RPMs you get out with, the more trap speed your going to make. Your 60ft is still not great... its better but you should be going for 1.9s on stock tires and DO NOT dump the clutch even at low RPMs. Get your revs up and quick slip it out. My car runs 12.30s at 115-116s but I get 1.9 60s and get out at 4000 rpms. Keep practicing and your gonna get very close! I would stop adding power, stop modding and just practice driving your car at this point.

With some real tire you got a 11.9-12.0. Get that 60 down. As above stop.with power and practice driving.

Just Another 700whp DD 5.0

Thank you for the input . I certainly will keep practicing. My goal now is to cut a 1.9 60'. Hopfully run a 12.1 to 12.2.

I agree on this.. My Boss traps 114-115.6 mph stock with drag radials. @ 1500 DA
Heres one of my best runs. I usually average 12.0-12.2

Ehab I was with RXDoc08 at the track this past Friday he has about the same combination as you and was running very similar numbers, you are doing well with the car especially considering you are on street tires. The best I got with my cammed SS with DRs was 12:20s 1.89 60' but I only trapped 115. At this point even a set of 555Rs will probably get you into the 11s but then you may have to worry about axles.

You must be ignorant to think no LS3 can do gain 80rwhp from a cam. But what do I expect, a Ford owner on a GM site Some Ford owners know GM stuff, but you clearly dont.

I'll give you a hint; LG6x3 and Nighfury. Look for the Vette too, in case you dont know, they have the same engine as the 10' Camaro since 2008. Yeah, theres has been good improvement on the rectangular port over the years.

It has been done before. Not saying is the norm but 30rwhp from a cam is way beyond the norm too, abismal norm I'd say. Thats just Ford fanboy BSing.

BTW, any LS1 will gain 50-60rwhp from a cam swap. Welcome to 1998 bro.

LOL I'd be down for a race anytime with your magical/unbeatable ride. That would hurt you so much to lose against a Fbody. But honestly, I rather never see your troll face. Its already enough of a waste of time arguing with a troll like you all the time. I've hurt a lot feelings on guy like you that just talk and talk. But, I dont need brag about it on the internet all the time. Keep on trolling at work dude. You have no friend except other Ford fanboys.

Your above examples are not showing an 80+ rwhp gain by the cam swap alone. Your first example probably gained 50 rwhp with the addition of the cam to the Ops prior setup. The gains came from the combination of cam, exhaust, LT headers, CAI, Tune, maybe a pulley. When you find one that gains 80+rwhp by strictly the cam and tune let me know ok, because I haven't seen it, but hell I may be wrong.
