CAI vs Fastlane vs ADM Cold Air Intakes

Vararam in many ways this is my favorite but the leaning of the radiator gives me pause but I haven't heard one complaint

Thanks for all the videos. I like the look of the JacFab system. I wonder why it only makes 9 more hp. I think he is still working on it. It looks killer tho!! Vararam is probably the best while the car is moving!! I currently have the no-tune set-up but I'm upgrading the the tuned version once I get my intake manifold ported out!!

Why are you porting your IM and double spending on the intake? This doesn't seem like you buddy!

Yeah the Fast List doesn't lie the vararam is definitely a beast....
I guess when one thinks this is basically a corvette engine.....
So what kind of intake does a corvette use.....'

Something very similar to what vararam is providing....
I'm waiting until the NEW stuff comes out then adding to the fleet.....

Corvette, Cadillac CTS, and YES the Z/28.....
I use to have 7 but I'm not going that far this time because they just rot....

I might build another racer but been there done that sub 8 seconds makes everything seem slow......

Right now CAI looks like the most flexible setup.....
If my current ride survives the NEW cars coming out then who knows.....

I might just get a corvette and a truck then call it a day....

Actually the ADM seems to be more versatile and adaptable. The Box is the same between all of his intakes. You would just change a couple of the silicone pieces to adapt to other set ups. For example today you are N/A then you add a Maggie or a Whipple... give ADM a call and he sells you a couple of parts and you have a working intake for your set up.

Ive owned all three ( Fastlane is doodoo ) <-- tuning nightmare too..

The CAI is great I have it on the 2013 SS

The ADM race is what's on my high HP car and its AMAZING!

The upgrade to the tuned version is an extra hundred dollars. It is just the back half of the box. I'm porting the intake manifold because I plan to do a cam, heads, and Vortech blower in the next year. I found a core intake manifold for a really good price so I figured I might as well do that now. It's all part of a puzzle that is incomplete so far.
