SLP RPI or the Acs t4 splitter. There's also a cheaper version of the slp on eBay that I've seen a few threads about

Would anyone be interested in my previous LED reverse lights, $50:

Sooo I need some thoughts, although I take it most will be as confused as me on this but hey its worth a shot. I absolutely need more spring in my coilovers, I have them at damn near full height and I'm still probably sitting about an inch lower than stock. The fronts are bottoming out on small bumps even with the dampening all the way up... so the obvious is I got a heavy girl!! lol

My thought was to up the rate and maybe even the spring length. I called Eibach to get the factory specs on the springs, which are 225 & 450 pounds/inch and 8" length. They claim these are pretty much factory V8 rates, which is about right, but I'm pushing another 300lbs easy and most drop springs do not recommend using coupe springs on the vert (BMR didn't note that until after I bought them...). So my thoughts, and Eibach pretty much offered the same recommendation was to go to a 275/500 rate spring and go to a 10" length. That way I don't need to crank the adjusters all the way down to get my current height, and the increased rate should help the bottoming...

So the question is, does anyone have any input one way or the other on the rates??? I'm figuring this is going to be trial and error.... I can't find any info on vert spring rates on the forums, or better would be ZL1 vert rates since they are running the same equipment. The springs aren't horribly priced and I can probably swing returning anything I don't like if I do it quick enough but its pretty much a gamble.

Oh, as an aside, when I went on amazon to get the part numbers so I had it handy, the price dropped almost $300 from when I ordered them a month and a week ago... yeah, just a week after their 30 day return policy ends... So if anyone is interested

If the guys who do this for a living dont have the answer, I think your in trouble. I would do what Eibach recommended if it was me. Good luck.

Good news is your car hooks up. On another note, I think I might have permanent hearing loss in my right ear!

Yeah... I knew this was going to be a challenge. In my head I had an idea of what I needed and they recommended exactly that... I'm not sure if thats a good thing hahaha.

Eddie has boats on the mind!! Don't blame you.. I was nosing around for a cheap jet drive 18 footer this morning... Its about now I wish the bosses 61' Viking hadn't sank in that nor'easter a few years back...

Your always welcome. Just ask the guys about July 4th. Good thing we stayed late on the water and let all the nuts leave.
Some yahoos went and swamped a smaller boat with some kids aboard and had to be rescued.
Safety is paramount on my vessel.
On the dock,another story.
