Correct. That is a "weak" sensor.

My luck lol... You still have the strong sensor? If so, I need to get one

After installing the Pfadt headers, got around to installing Cold Air Inductions Inc; K16 added another smile.

I really appreciate how these add on threads synchronize with one another, great insights to those of us who enjoy the added performance benefits. Didn't notice much of a butt dyno improvement with the CAI, however, very noticeable improvement from the Pfadt headers across the entire rpm range.

Next improvement will be a scoop and water bottle location kit, know where the order will be placed.

A good aftermarket company would have ensured that wasn't even possible! Just sayin'.

Glad that these threads have been helpful and that you are enjoying your upgrades. Your butt dyno will feel some more power above 3000 RPM with the scoop. Look forward to hearing from you.

Ok I have a question! I checked the one in the camaro and it looks like I have a strong one! My new gmc Sierra has a 6.2 also, can this also effect this? Since it also has a 6.2 will it use the same maf sensor? Since the truck was new it has had a rough idle at times and surges at times wot

The Sierra does have a 6.2l but it is not one of the engines that are in the Camaro. It is a L92. I am not sure if that engine uses the same MAF sensor or not but I will try to find out.

Ok, I looked at both sensors from the truck and camaro , they are slightly different but the one from the truck has a single W on it so that looks like how you described the weak one. Given the erratic idle and surging at times has me wondering! Thanks for the help chase!

Good to know. That was not the first time someone has asked about that.
