The retirement package will remain in Sweden so my pension will still be taken care of in Sweden. Not sure exactly how it works, but the local plus package mentions it in the contract.

Haha yeah well since I am still not considering USA as my home, I would like to have 3 weeks in summer and 2 weeks in winter to visit my family at home. I've been giving my life to this company for many many years, ruined a lot of other opportunities... Sometime they need to give back a bit too, and I do not think that 5 weeks of vacation out of 52 is that much of an argument really
