How does this install? Any cutting etc.?

The top installs with removal of factory grille. its about 10 hex screws that hold the grille in. its made with a stainless steel/brush finish. its very heavy and durable. the bottom grille is an overlay with about 10 clamp-like screws. install takes about 2-3 hours. Most of the time was just removing the bumper and then putting the bumper back on. No cutting required.

Is the bottom piece solid or is it mesh? I have my intercooler mounted there and I cant have a solid piece there.
