I actually don't drive the Camaro as much because going to NMSU everyday was getting expensive so I bought a little truck to commute. As of right now, car is looking alright man and she's also cammed now! I'm getting ready for AutoRama in Feb so I've been doing a lot of detail work in preparation for the show. I just read that the new 2014 Z/28 is going to be priced at 75K.
 Ouch. With tax, title, etc., you're looking at over 80K. I'd rather have a loaded 1LT for about 35K. It will be interesting to see how well it sells. I wouldn't think it would sell too well. If I was going with a high powered Camaro, I would go for a loaded ZL1, with automatic transmission. Now that would be a fun car. I personally don't like the manual transmission at all. Not my thing. My brother-in-law got a 2013 ZL1, with manual transmission. He drove me around in it. I liked the car, but didn't like the manual transmission. Too much jerking, for my taste. Different strokes, for different folks. He loves the manual transmission. We laughed about our difference of opinion on that. He's 2 years older than me. I'm 60. |
