Pulled my fuse last night as well. Love it. I had a G8 so I'm well versed in "drone". I drove into work today and do not consider that drone to be near as bad as what I have experienced in the past.

Thanks for the post, I wanted to know if doing this was even possible. A quick search of the forum turned up this post, the fuse is pulled and hopefully I like it and keep it unplugged. It's great knowing that if I don't like it I can return it to stock in a few minutes.

Well I just got my 2014 1LE with the exhaust today and their is no fuse in that slot. Any ideas?

Look at the legend on the fuse cover. It's clearly labeled. You may be looking at one of the two convertible top fuses

Nice right up, just did this

Noticeable sound difference. One note, the amount of decel popping I hear has increased.

I only mention it cause some don't like that....my wife calls them car farts!

Hello, thanks for info. Does anyone know if this will work with a 2014 1SS with the Chevrolet added dual mode performance exhaust add-on?

I did it soon as I got the zl1. Sounds mean and very loud at start up

Decel pop and some highway drone is all the fuse pull does. I like the decel pop but it's nice to turn off the drone with mild to wild or the generic $20 equivalent.

Leave open lids permanently, a risk for the engine ? It is enough to remove the fuse 8 ? Nothing else to make ? What case or others exists to command lids since the cockpit of the ZL1 ? Thank you .

Excellent instructions! Allot more gurgulling from the exhaust when decelerating....I love it!
