Good luck for 11am lol, the gates are usually open to the public from 8am i think, and the queues to get in are the same for club displays and general admission, queue times usually takes about an hour - 2 hours to get in

I will certainly be following Tom's advice I think given he has experience. Also, I'm not much of a queuer, I'd rather be there early and miss it, hence the hotel 5 miles away

You need your stand pass to get to the club display area, otherwise you have to park in the general car park area (Field) walk to the person who has the stand passes, walk back to your car, put pass in your window, leave car park, and drive round to the display area trying to find where your display is :P Like i say you have a large queue to get in mainly boy racers lol.

Thats why i go late, to aviod the queues! Park up in the filed, walk round the back of the drag strip to club stands then drive round later, or do what i always do and just saying you are doing the strip then they let you round anyway

Queue starts from about 8am till mid day ish...

What should I do? I can't obviously rock up to the club enclosure, but will there be a secret password to tell the people on the gate, that I've paid?

Hi all,

I've been snowboarding in Lapland which is why I've appeared MIA. The organisers have asked that we be at our stand before 8am (I'm not sure what type of people would want to get to a day like this that early, but not much we can do about it).

I was thinking 7:30am because it can't possibly take us 2hrs to park some cars can it?

I was planning to send everyone their tickets in the post once I get them; this will avoid confusion on the day. I'll send them all recorded. Do you all mind emailing me the addresses you want the tickets posted to (dnaudus@gmail.com ) letting me know your name and alias.

I will call SantaPod tomorrow as it's getting quite close to the time and I would have hoped I'd received the tickets for the cars by now.

Andy/Shadow V8 yes I received your £40 thank you for that.

As soon as I have an update for the estimated arrival date of the tickets I'll let you all know.
