Now a proud owner of a 2013 SS
Hey Guys, haven't been on here in a while. Thursday we traded our 2011 LS in a 2013 2SS, have been looking to trade for about 6 months now and finally came across a pretty good deal. 2013 2SS auto with 34k Miles which we got for 26k. We got a good deal because it has a couple cosmetic issues, not really sure why but the last owner didn't know to park and put some curb rash on all the wheels, plus a scuff on the back bumper and a small nick on the fender. It's also missing the grill SS Emblem. Either way I felt like this baby needed a good home after being owned by someone who really didn't seem to care about her and couldn't pass up the deal as I can fix the minor things pretty cheap. I came pretty close to buying a 2010 SS with 37k miles I found for 22k and just sort of stumbled on this 2013 which had a lot more features and was 3 years newer so I figured it was def the better buy.
Also, For some the last owner swapped out the rear tires for 245/45/20's instead of 275's, was he doing this to try and be able to rotate the tires? |

Nice looking car, and unusual, being a non-RS 2SS. Bizarre to change out the rear tires. Looks good in silver.

Yeah, maybe I should double check the to verify but all the features match the standard of a 2SS. Leather, Heated Seat, Rear Camera/Back up Sensors, Boston Acoustics etc.
Yeah, the backs are relatively new and are the factory Pirelli models but are the 245's and not the 275's, maybe I should verify the front wheels are not on the back and vice versa and then go get some new 275's put on. I was thinking they prob burned down the tires and then when they went to get new ones put in came to the conclusion that the 245's are cheaper and will work fine |
