I have a 2011 V6 6 speed camaro.. do I need to do anything to the motor before I put a supercharger on it?

No. Slap the kit on and have fun.

It is recommended to run 1 step colder spark plugs.

Slap the kit on and do the small upgrades later (plugs, pulleys, ect).
