Get your car to normal driving temp...... Pop your Hood , put your ear very very close to the engine cover with the car running. If you here what sounds like marbles rolling around then yes you need the new blower.
If this is the case bring your car to your nearest dealership and repeat above and you should be set from there with them warranting it.

Highlander i hear what you're saying about chevy customer care but i agree with reality on this one because I've dealt with customer care on a rim issue and realized id wasted much time on this middle man who can do absolutely nothing other than what i could do myself. Customer care is operating in the best interest of the company folks.......not the interest of the customer like the name implies. Don't be fooled.

Thanks. My build # is 1113. That would put me almost halfway through the 2014 builds, I should have the new coupler.

I completely understand you wanting to replace the isolator yourself. But why not just let GM install a complete new supercharger? This way you avoid any damage the spring loaded isolator may have caused. Plus GM is giving us a 10 yr/120,000 mile whichever comes first warranty.

FYI, if you have replaced the coupler yourself, GM will re-imburse you.

So I can have a standard garage replace the coupler and then get GM to cover the parts and labor? Makes sense because that would be costing them less than replacing the whole blower

And the OEM blower is warrantied to 120k or 10 yrs. Even if left alone.

Yes.
To GM, the supercharger as a whole is a replaceable unit that is handled by Eaton.
