CTS-V confirmed for Detroit reveal but still no sixth gen reveal news yet. It would be nice to at least know a date on when we might see it. Looking forward to seeing the Cadillac Z06 though.

Looking forward to the CTS-V. Should be very interesting.

As for the Gen 6? 2015 in Detroit would be at a year before production. I don't see this as a "take orders in June" launch.

I agree and believe they have kept an ultra tight lid on the 6th Gen to protect 5th Gen sales.

The C7 was revealed at Detroit and sales started that spring. What makes you think the 6th gen will be different?

It is my understanding the 6th Gen will go on sale in the fall of 2015. C6 sales had gone very soft at the end of the product life cycle. While Camaro sales are not what they were, the car is selling reasonably well, a testament to the strength of the design and function.

What is the guesstimated last date to order a 5Gen?

Takes about a year and a half from first spy shots based in C7 and Gen5 among others. That isn't fall 2015. If fall of 2015 then Detroit would be obvious for the reveal.

Just checking in to let you know that I got my new 2015 Z06. She is a beauty. I can drive a car, but I am photographically challenged, so if I can get my son to come over & take a few pics I will attempt to post them.

Arctic White w/dark grey 3LZ interior
Black wheels
7 speed Manual
Stage 2

I am still giddy because this car is amazing. I'm afraid the ZL1 will be jealous for a few days so he is in for an oil change, alignment and full detail.
