1LE rear tire right size?

Seems to me the rear tire should be at least a 295/35/20 as the wheel is 11in. They must have used the 11in wheel because it was already on the ZL1? TireRack shows the 285/35/20 its okay on an 11 but it doesnl look right to me.

Nah, it's all good. I had a 305 on it and to be honest I like the 285 better.

That makes sense. I will do the same when my car comes in.

They did a 285 on the rear for a square setup. This reduces understeer. The 285 is stretched out a bit on a 11" wheel, but it works. I seen a thread a while back that said these split 5 spoke wheels were actually designed for the 1LE which is why they don't have ZL1 stamped on them like how the other solid 5 spoke wheels that come on the ZL1 do. I'm not sure how true that is or not.

The tire size is supposed to be that way. It makes the car neutral when driving hard through turns.
